    Lack of communication or care. They had my own for many weeks without contact. This could very well have been the freight co's fault, but that doesn't excuse the lack of apology or maybe wondering why a large item had been in their warehouse for a month. You'd think someone would check on that. Polite and careful forklift driver though

    Nearly two weeks my goods have been sitting at your depot and you constantly denied they were there.Bad service from a bad company !!!
