  Nice decent people. Helpful, keen and polite. Axel Koley was new to the role and he was lovely, organized for me to take the vehicle home overnite to consider it's suitability as we came in so late and ran out of time.

  Went to test drive new Ford Escape. Had to wait 20 minutes till someone was available. Finally was able to test drive vehicle. Made the deal to purchase and was told 1 month for delivery and they were to get back to me with some follow up questions. Still waiting. Not good enough. Now we are told the car is not available till May. Still waiting for for them to get back to me with answers. We shouldn't have to do the chasing. Not Happy Jan!!!!

  Great service. Staff attended to me straight away. Offered coffee. Tony went out of his way to assist me. Lollipops on the counter would have been a bonus.
