  I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of these removalists. With my experience there were several things I have to complain about. Firstly, they delivered my furniture 2 days later than quoted, then because I was not very happy about this and demanded a discount because I had a cheaper quote from another removalist that would have delivered it on the same day it arrived, they then delivered every peice of furniture damaged. They claim to take care of your goods etc etc, but how can they put a big gapping crack in a 5 inch thick Solid timber dining table and have scratches all over it, (unless it was dropped), scratch every peice of furniture and drop my clothing in the mud and not even offer to compensate for these things. They were extrememly pleasant to deal with until they had confirmation of my booking then Oh how the attitude changes. The attitude I received from the manager when I complained about my delivery being 2 days late was pretty much " WHO CARES, NOT MY PROBLEM" I am assuming that they are a pack of ametures and I would strongly advise anyone who is considering using them to think twice.
